I understand if this is not enough evidence since I don't have the screenshot of the payment but he basically admitted to scamming me and also, if whoever's handling this is not feeling lazy, just check the logs, I guarantee I paid him the 11k. I am reporting this because he is the type to scam, lotto repeat. Otherwise, 11k doesn't mean much to me.

As you admitted here @TheZombieMuffin, there's not enough evidence here of a payment or agreement. All there is the screenshots of the resulting discussion after the fact.
Because there is no evidence of either payment or agreement, and you've already made clear that you do not have it, I will be forced to dismiss this complaint. There is no way us as a Moderating team could check for scams in the logs; that would require administration to handle every complaint without evidence and would add to their already full plates. If you do come across evidence of payment or the agreement, feel free to file another complaint.
