    @Jacob43365 alt accounting is perfectly legal so long as there is no financial interactions between the two accounts in use by the same person. Just saying.

    I know that, it's just that these are builders and I think they might be interacting because they might not know the rules?

    After further investigation, it appears these accounts are not connected. However, both accounts have already been banned for a different issue.

    Due to the fact that they are both banned I will be locking this complaint.
