@_Smokin, it seems on this contract that you allowed late days for up to 7 days for each payment that is late. If @Hoboz4dayz is willing to continue to pay this weekly payment plus any late fees added on. There is no problem here.

@Hoboz4dayz are you still willing to pay off these weekly payments. As of now you are 1 day late so will owe him 75k instead of 70k this week. As the days go on u will owe 5k per late day. If this exceeds 1 week on the first week then @_Smokin should file a complaint as this is when its breach of contract.

@Hoboz4dayz reached out to me four days ago and informed me he will be quitting the server. According to his this server is too stressful and he can't play it anymore. I had a payment plan out to him that he is not going to complete. I have the screenshots of these messages if needed. He basically gave away all of his belongings too.

 

This is relevant, however, lets give him the full 24 hours to reply, if not then the user will be banned for scamming.

 

Hoboz owes me 165k by the 4th of jan 2015 aswell

 

I think you mean 2016. Please post a complaint on the 4th Jan in the case that he doesn't pay it back or is banned.
