Chiblin, thank you for your concerns but do you have any evidence? Hearsay from players is not strong enough evidence, unless collin001 has evidence of his own.

I didn't announce that I was there, however I arrived at the location where this happened as soon as someone (I forget who) mentioned in global that someone had killed another player in the mining world.

I stuck around for about 10-15mins and watched hujacky. I missed the original incident, however I saw hujacky destroy blocks which people were stood on but this only resulted in the user falling 1 block down as there wasn't a hole/pit beneath. This is not sufficient evidence of intending to kill in a non-pvp world. With regard to the original incident, I log blocked the grass block which was supposedly broken leading to the death and it was broken by hujacky. I did not witness this however, and as neither sakuraharuno1982 or Chiblin can produce evidence of the death there is insufficient proof to ban the user.

In future, I suggest collecting as much evidence as possible. Ideally this would be video evidence, however screenshots of the entire incident including proof of death, the location and the felon should also be sufficient. Alternatively, if you suspect someone is trying to kill you, contact a member of staff and request that they urgently tp to you. As there is not enough proof to confirm killing in a non-pvp area, I am going to be dismissing this complaint.
