Complaint:

Iandardo13 offered to buy me water feature for 85k. i accepted. we both signed a contract that i would send 45k to him. then he buys the rank. once i received it i would give him the other 40k. In the end i did not receive the feature but he insisted i give him the money as he bought the id: 4458264759hgf463. I really did not know if it was legitimate so i paid him.
