Breach of contract

This forum works as follows:
1. A user fills out the contract form, and posts a new thread containing the terms of the contract.
2. All other parties involved in the contract fill out the acceptance form, and post it in the thread opened by the first user.
3. Once all parties have signed and agreed, a staff member reviews the thread and locks it, binding the contract.

The rules for the use of this forum are as follows:
1. You may make a contract for any transaction/deal that is within all of our server rules, however, the contract may not be used as evidence in a situation until both parties have signed off in the thread, and the terms of the contract have been reviewed and approved by a staff member, and your thread has been locked.

2. You may review the terms of your contract at any time and make changes, but any change made will have to be re-signed by all parties involved and reviewed and approved by a staff member.

3. Breaking the terms of a contract will result in a ban for "Breach of Contract". Any appeal made will have to include the thread in which a breach of contract is made, and discuss actions that will be taken to rectify the broken part of the contract.

4. Bans made for this reason must have appropriate evidence that parts of the contract were breached/not met. This includes proof that the transaction has actually happened in game (proof of payment, proof of ownership transfer, etc.) where applicable. Please make contracts that are easy to collect evidence for, because if we cannot prove it, we cannot act upon it.

5. Abuse of contracts will result in various punishments including, but not limited to, in game tempbans and forum tempbans, as well as possibly being barred from using our contracts for a period of time. This includes troll contracts, and contracts for silly things. They will not be enforced. Please take this forum seriously.

6. If any major change in official server rules or features happens that adversely affects the completion of a contract in progress, that contract will be considered void and reopened for negotiation. EcoCityCraft staff can not and will not take liability for any loss incurred due to the need for these changes.

7. Posting in any thread that does not pertain to you is against the rules, and will result in a thread ban and warning points being applied to your forum account.

8. All tools mentioned in contracts must be /own'ed and the ID # of the tool must be provided for a contract to be valid.​

I want to lead this out by saying i do not want any trouble to come over @Imabankthing, hes been nice and he isnt gouging me on the price. However, hes really dragging his feet along and after the many /mails i've sent I feel I need to make it clear that im not playing around. It clearly states in the contract that he had 5 hours within the locking of the thread to make the pickaxe available to me. Its been a full day. You were also on today and didnt reply to any of my mails or follow through with the contract. All you have to do @Imabankthing is put this pickaxe into a chest with a /cmodify on it. Im not sure what real life things you're going through as you stated to me in a forum pm but when i check /seen and i see that you were on "20 minutes ago" and ive been on the server for 3 hours waiting for you. It really grinds my gears. You didnt try to /pm me or mail me or anything. Ive had that scenerio play out 3 times and ive had enough. I have deadlines i have to meet with this payment plan and without the pickaxe i cant meet them. (Well i can but thats not the point). Like i stated in the beginning of this i want 0 trouble to come to you. If you within the next 12 hours give me the pickaxe so i can start working on the payback, i will forget this ever happened and go on my way to make you the money that we agree'd on. The solution to this complaint takes a total of 10 seconds of your time and ill be out of your hair. Thank you.​
