I the key part of this if the head snap just before imcaffery's first hit... he is looking at me, his head snaps to the other user and then back to me.... looks really dodgy

I haven't fully reviewed everything in these videos yet but I want to note that in the first video at the time that you mentioned that imc hit both of you at the same time he had used serrated strikes. This is an AoE and because both of you were so close together you both were hit at the same time.
