Accused Username: iStomp__kittensComplaint: It seems as though his only purpose on ECC is to pick on other users. If you've been looking at global chat ever since he was unbanned you've probably seen all the drama he's caused. This is evidence that he really doesn't care about other users, and even though he's aware that he's causing harm to other people he just doesn't care at all. Here we see again, I decide to directly contact him regarding his harassment and bullying of other users (Specifically NoahPvPz_), and he just replies with 'Dude gtfo'. He's seriously just here to harass and bully other users. I don't think I should need to add evidence of iStomp's behaviour in game, it's already on /note (And I don't have any screenshots of it >.<)Additional Information: We all know that a simple warning won't work on this guy...
