Loan Scamming
@iTzXtremeGaming failed to repay $725,000 for a $500,000 loan. The late fees bring it up to a total of $746,000.

As @7amoodw has filed a complaint, I thought it prudent that I should follow suit, if only to have it on record. I personally do not want the user banned, as it is of no benefit to me. Between 7amoodw and myself, the user owes $1,521,000; a sum that will not easily be repaid. There are a few variables that I would like to have confirmed regarding other outstanding debts (owed by and owed to the user) and assets all of which play a part in his ability to repay.

@xXNetherXx and @Ninjaboy3113 does ItzXtremeGaming own a partial stake in an Eff7 with the two of you? Who /own s the tool?

I try my best to keep all my business confidential, but the user has pushed this situation far enough. I apologize in advance to the staff if I should not have tagged so many users, but I believe they all have information relevant to the issue at hand and to how it will be handled. I am willing to renegotiate. @iTzXtremeGaming, I apologize that asking about your financial situation was felt as disrespectful. "What's it to [me]?" Unfortunately, as you are indebted to me, it has become my business. It was necessary to get an understanding of what payments and what time frame would be realistic. That being said, I would like to know what payments you are making to JOSHCRAFT_FTW and wenxuan100 and over what period, as you have said you negotiated extensions. With this information, I believe we can reach mutually agreeable terms that will provide you with the time to repay not just mine but all of your debts.

Outstanding debt: $2,471,000

Outstanding credit: $265,000

No star tools. Main source of income will be SG and lotto.

 

"Renegotiate." I think all the parties involved need to re-evaluate and renegotiate themselves. I ran the numbers.

Assumptions: iTzXtremeGaming acccepts 7amoodw 's new terms (paying back 925k by 10-02-15), the amount due to JOSHCRAFT_FTW will be paid 2 weeks from date of being unbanned, the amount due to wenxuan100 will be paid 3 weeks from the date of being unbanned. Calculations are based on a start date of 9-18-15.

300k ($25,000.00 per day) to be paid to @JoshCraft_FTW by 9-30-15
925k ($66,071.43 per day) to be paid to @7amoodw by 10-02-15
650k ($34,210.53 per day) to be paid to @wenxuan100 by 10-07-15
1000k ($47,619.05 per day) to be paid to @maroiogog by 10-09-15

Amount of revenue necessary to generate per day:
$172,901.01 from 9-19-15 to 9-30-15 (12 days)
$147,901.01 from 10-01-15 to 10-02-15 (2 days)
$ 81,829.58 from 10-03-15 to 10-07-15 (5 days)
$ 47,619.05 from 10-08-15 to 10-09-15 (2 days)

Note that these figures represent how much money he would need to make per day between the specified dates.
This is without adding in the 746k I am owed.

@Zedoker do you actually think it is realistic for iTzXtremeGaming to agree to 7amoodw 's deal? Do you think that these daily payments are reasonable?

7amoodw do you think he can make payments like this? Do you want the money or do you want him banned?

Am I the only sensible person here? The only one with a calculator? iTzXtremeGaming has no star tools and, as he has restated frequently, limited time. It is obvious to me that these debts will take about 2-3 months to repay fully. Unless we all come to some mutual agreement, extending the terms of the loans by a few weeks will just bring us back to this same scenario, with a few weeks wasted.

@iTzXtremeGaming do you have use of any star tools currently? Are you willing to sell features to offset your debt? Do you have anything ingame you can sell?

Staff are instructed to not accept contracts which impose ridiculously stringent repayment deadlines. As a general rule of thumb, when scamming appeals are being handled we aim for roughly 15-20k per day over any prolonged periods of time. Have this in mind when you are writing a contract."

I'm a fairly easy-going guy. All I want is the 746k. We know what he needs to pay back. I would ask that the staff set some reasonable amount of time for the user to work with.

 

I'll give @iTzXtremeGaming 5 weeks to pay the 746k beginning today on 9-18-15. This will amount to $149,200 a week or $21,314.29 a day. As he has stated that he will be, "taking a ban... and appealing later," I don't think that this extension will make a difference.

iTzXtremeGaming, when you owe players ~$3.5 million, you have no "spare change."

My suggestions:
After renegotiating the terms of these loans, I propose a forum ban for iTzXtremeGaming (preventing sportsbook betting) and disabling his ability to buy lottery tickets (it must be possible as bugs involving 16 character names have done so). If the user is truly serious about repaying his debts, I believe he will find these terms acceptable. Agreeing to these terms would also be a sign of good faith that the user is serious about paying back his debt.
