Additional Information:

The user was obviously upset because he didn't receive his netherstars after voting. This user then decided go out of his way to try and anger the user even more. This behavior ruined my EcoCityCraft experience.

I can assure you if this was somebody who is renowned for breaking the rules it would be a warning I'm just interested to see what the outcome of this complaint will be.​
