"Testing" means to actually test it and it doesnt take an entire game to do so, especially not winning an entire game "testing" it out. obviously, i dont have any evidence so none of these matter

Thank you for reporting this. Although, as andrewkm has said, hacking has been made legal on ECC for 72 hours. This also means hackusations aren't going to be handled as well, because simply, hacking is allowed. Although if this user continues to accuse you, feel free to file another complaint and it will be handled under harassment. You also have access to the '/ignore' command if you wish to use it.
