Complaint:

User xray hacking/seeing through walls. Scamming me out of 12k with these hacks.​

Evidence:

I have recently opened a casino in the basement of my house. It has a few small games and one of them is to guess where the grown cocoa been is. For this game, 9 cocoa beans are hidden behind a 2 layer cobble stone wall (no way of lag showing them) and all of them are in the green stage except one. I had replanted them all seconds before johndom tpa'd to me, allowing every one of them to be green. By the time he cam, one of them was grown and he bet 3k on it. He won this bet and I was fine with it. I paid out the 6k offered. He bet again, this time there were no fully grown cocoa beans so there was no way he was going to win. To cover up the fact he could see this, he bet again, betting only 1k. He lost this bet and the 1k. I reset the game without him knowing to test my theory of hacking further. To cover up his knowledge of the fact that he could see the cocoa beans in the green stages through the cobblestone, he stalled me, saying he was trying to choose between 2 and 5, despite the fact he had won the first time with the 5... I was standing, watching the cocoa beans grow as he stalled further. Seconds after cocoa bean number 9 had grown fully, he decided he would place a bet of 3k again (certain to win) on number 9. He won again and took another 6k. I then accused him of hacking and said I would file a complaint. He denied the hacking and left the server after our small argument about whether he was hacking or not.

I have read the complaint against me, showing a picture of the game without any hacks. I know as an experienced hacker, both creating and testing hacked clients that it is of high simplicity to disable and hide all hacks in game. The Felon would have done this as soon as I accused him, knowing if he had taken a screenshot of this, he would have had evidence that he 'wasn't hacking'...

Furthermore, events described above clearly show the certainty of winning. For example, the Felon, johndom, only offered to bet 3k when he was certain to win. This is clearly reinforced by the fact that the 1k bet was a losing one. This would suggest that the Felon used this bet to cover up the fact that he was hacking and make sure that it was obvious that he 'didn't know' what was behind the cobblestone...

I hope this is enough to persuade you of the truth!​

I know I am probably going to loose this argument due to the lack of photographic evidence but I am sure this written evidence is the truth.​

I have argued against every single point you have just made in my original point... Your stalling was before you 'logged out' as it was when I was talking to you. You logged out after everything happened to tend to your dog...
Please don't lie... It's not good.
Also, about the video, there is quite a large button in recycling bin that says 'Empty the Recycle Bin'.
You can easily clear all traces of hacked clients in seconds. (the exact time you logged out for...)

Don't give me all your computer diploma crap... I'm thirteen and I bet I know more about computing then you...
Also, you keep referring to irrelevant points in time either before or after this problem happened. I have no evidence but my word so, like I said at the beginning, I am most likely going to loose this argument.
