After discussing with other members, we have came to the conclusion that there are no hacks portrayed in the evidence provided. You were walking backwards and Jopjop was charging at you, minecraft mechanics work in such that the user charging at you will catch up to you and hit you as you move slower when walking backwards.
Should you feel that the user is still suspicious, feel free to collect more evidence and file another complaint.
