    Scammed 7k during house sale:

    Kevin was selling a house in Foix and I had agreed to buy the plot for 7k. No rules were set down and no time frame of payment was discussed. I had put 5k into the sign Kevin had set up and within a couple of days he took it and left a sign with the 2k I owed waiting to be paid. I gathered the money and paid the 2k. Soon after I decided I was going to remodel the house from the ground up and was consequently banned for not owning the house and greifing the town because I was evicted by Kevin who claimed to have sent a notice (which I didn't receive) and that "he" had evicted me from the house. I have not been refunded and this operation was clearly an intentional scam as shown below.

    I remember how they shamed me for doing what I did, however it seems they both have something to atone for at this point. As Kevin had no right to evict me and more than likely knew this. I feel I have been abused by this user and if an out right ban doesn't happen than atleast people will know to watch out for this user.

    @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N,

    I've highlighted in red the relevant rule. It's legal to remove you without an eviction notice as you were banned for griefing in the town just recently. It's also legal to remove you even though you purchased a plot/were working on purchasing a plot, because of this I'll be dismissing the complaint - however thank you for filing it.

    I've elected to re-open the complaint as upon reviewing the evidence again, it seems to me that @kevinwelch2001 removed @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N from the town before he was banned for griefing in the town. While @kevinwelch2001 has every right to remove @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N for griefing, it stands that the wording he uses in the evidence heavily implies that the removal occurred before the ban - therefore illegal unless he can produce an eviction notice.

    @kevinwelch2001 please provide evidence of the eviction notice, you have 24 hours to do so.
    If you are unable to produce evidence of the eviction notice there are a few alternatives:
    - Prove that you removed @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N after his griefing ban
    - Re-add @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N to the town, then send a new eviction notice

    Wrong, kevin is a resident of the town. not the mayor. After selling me the house he had no right to evict me. @265
    Further more, the penalty for scamming is a ban. options are

    following through with the deal (which we both have to agree to)
    refunding what you scammed

    Upon a personal investigation of the town I co-own, @kevinwelch2001 is not on the owners list. This means he had no right to evict @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N or claim the house back after selling it to him. I also found a sign from 3rd March, in which I believe the payment was made and paid in full.

    I ask that during my ban @kevinwelch2001 is to give @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N his house back OR a new house that is valued to 7k.

    Ok so it looks as though there was an issue with my internet so I wasn't able to view the screenshot with what @apple_pro said.
    As @OlympiansAreGods said @kevinwelch2001 isn't even an owner and therefore has no ability to evict a user from a town, please disregard my previous post.
    So since he's not able to remove people from the town, the property still belongs to @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N. Of course I don't know how your property sales work in your town, but I request that @kevinwelch2001 either returns the money paid to him by @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N for the property, or that the home is returned to him (This property return can be done by any owner of the town).
    @kevinwelch2001 has 24 hours to do what I just said.

    @265 Kevin is supposedly on vacation at the moment and me and apple are currently banned ingame (We're the only active owners) If @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N Could possibly wait for me to sort this mess out? I'd rather me sort it out to ensure that more confusion is made.

    EDIT: Shouldn't he still be added to members list? As kevin was not able to remove him..?

    OlympiansAreGods, as it stands both owners are currently banned. Aside from removing my permissions to edit your town there very little I'm willing to let you help out with. Kevin didn't really give me a benefit of the down when he "evicted" me, I don't see why he should be given any extra time if I were to refer to his own rules. Staffs choice however.

    @265 yeah however, there is another individual who is also expecting that plot.

    all in all if Kevin doesn't refund me and I don't get removed from the town the other individual will be doing the same thing as me.

    Kevin mailed me and told me to remove him as he was banned for griefing, something I did. When I and Olympians found out that something was fishy, we teamed up and did some investigation and after looking at the rules we found out that the unofficial eviction Kevin gave was illegal, and that would also make his grief ban illegal which again would make it wrong to remove his perms.

    I immediatly re-added him to the town once I found out, and unless i typed your name wrong @XR4V3N0USXD3M0N you should currently have perms to the town.

    Well, if staff decide to ban kevin, then after I am unbanned, I shall give you a free house in my other town, so none of this confusion can happen again. What happened shouldn't have happened, and rules were broken.

    Hello I bought a hour of Internet I will add that right now I am on vacation, I am willing to refund and also give you a free house as soon as I come back, however I can't play right now because I do not have a computer with me

    I will be buying another hour probably within 4 days, so my responses will be delayed, and I won't be able to do anything until I come back home, also you did not plan to remodel because in the original ban appeal you posted you had stated that you would rebuild the house only if I paid 7k which sounds much more as holding the house as ransom.
