@khrones do you have any evidence of an eviction notice being given to @ModEdit. Also ModEdit, is there any proof of you being an owner of the regions via in-game or contract agreements?
I went through my screenshots before filing the complaint and couldn't find any :/ You can see in the eviction thread that David said that he bought perms from me but I suppose that isn't proof - here's to hoping that Khrones will be honest enough to admit it, or atleast show that he did give me a notice and I just forgot about it/missed it.

Unfortunately due to lack of response from Khrones and no valid evidence that you were in the town originally, there's not much we can do about it. Next time be sure to take screenshots, especially of your ownership agreements. Complaint dismissed - Lack of valid evidence
