I do not remember what I did, and these screenshots don't illustrate much of what I did either, so idk Edit: I have searched the forums and found no contract that stated that I owed you money...
You're really going to play dumb @Kick_Me_1235 ? It was a loan that I did for you with an in game contract for you because at the time we were friends and I never thought you would blatantly scam me with 0 attempt to pay ANYTHING BACK, the screenshots are probably on my other computers because it's been so long. You admitted to owing 850k and the truth is YOU DO OWE ME 850k, so you will pay it. Don't try and weasel your way out of this, you've scammed nearly half the server why would I lie about you scamming me?
How am I playing dumb? I clearly showed you and nicit that I do not recall owing you money. Also, please do not justify me "owing" you money because I scammed half the server, which I clearly did not. Half the server would be like 50+ people and I would never DREAM of doing that.
Well there you are in the screenshot recalling owing me money, and saying you were going to pay it. You owe me money BECAUSE YOU TOOK OUT A LOAN FROM ME AND NEVER PAID ANYTHING BACK. You wouldn't dream of scamming 50 people but you sure as hell dreamt of scamming 10+ people adding up to 5 mil+ ECD in debt. To be honest I foresee you failing at paying the debts and getting perm banned yet again, but i'm not letting you get away with scamming me. Hopefully the staff team chooses to believe a user who's never been banned for any real crime before let alone scamming over someone who's a repeat offender. This is the last post I will say on this complaint.
If the staff team pass this complaint on the fact that you have never been banned for scamming, than it is unfair. As I repeated multiple times, I do not remember scamming you nor owing you money. Approving a complaint like this with zero substantial evidence of a deal being made in game or on the forums and adding a large sum to a user who already is in debt a great deal shows complete bias towards one party, which again is unfair and shouldnt happen.
It's not being bias, it's choosing the truth. You do not remember? Look at the above images you agreed owing me and stating you would pay it back as I stood infront of your sign which read 850k. You thinking that my clean record on ECC shouldn't assist in decided what is the truth here just proves your ignorance, It's not my fault you decided to mass scam people blatantly including myself. You may not understand what bias is, but it is extremely blatant in this situation. You have zero evidence against me, besides the fact that you have a "clean" record. If this clean record is taken into account without legit evidence, then it is unfair to me. I have told you that I do not remember owing you money multiple times, but you accused me of being a liar which I don't blame you, looking back at my past history. Although, from the time I got unbanned to this present day and the future, I am 100% truthful. I wanted to be unbanned for multiple reasons. One obvious reason is to repay all of the people I scammed (which I do not think contains you). Also, I came back to reform my ways. Many saw me as a troll and a toxic member of this community. I am trying to no longer troll and be toxic, but be much more of a helpful and trustworthy member of this community.
I hope you get in more trouble when this is found out to be true, and all of those who defend this thief look dumb. Kick you say you don't remember and for the 3rd time now there's clear evidence of you ADMITTING to OWING ME MONEY. I hope we can get a log dive for this [Mod-Edit]
Why would I get in trouble for not remembering? I do not see anywhere on the wiki rules where it says forgetting was illegal. There still is no valid evidence of a deal being made.
Given the circumstances we'll be looking further into this although it may take some time. Please be patient.
After investigating this, it does not appear that the loan agreement which the evidence presented references was made in game. Unfortunately that means we can not enforce this.
