    I know that this user has already used this avatar twice, and has been warned for it twice. I understand that he's simply stating his opinion, but it is against the forum rules nonetheless.​

    Uhh, Mods, If this is irrelevant please let me know, I'll delete it if so. But I mean...How is he promoting anarchy...its simply a quote from a US President that has little to no impact on the server whatsoever.
