So @jassimq, You are saying that there was no other agreement besides @koko_2022 saying that he would give you money? How did this come about? What were you discussing before hand?

Alright, here is how this is gonna go. In order for this to be a trade, there would have had to be some sort of payment/item/feature/etc. given to koko in exchange for his money, but since there is not, the money he agreed to pay is considered a gift. The staff team does not enforce payment of gifts. Therefore, we will not require @koko_2022 to pay the $695000 that he agreed to pay to @jassimq. If either of you have any questions, comments, concerns, or further evidence regarding this, feel free to send me or another GameAdmin+ a forum PM, and we will be happy to discuss this situation with you.
