i had way to much going on so i had to be offline for those 4 days i would request to be able to be online by tomorrow to sell features and i would request a trade sign to be placed
A trade sign was already placed, and you claimed to of set a home there. Unfortunately I do not have screenshots of this, but I hope you will be honest and agree this happened

Yes, I would agree to an extension. Would an extension to this Sunday April 10th, by 10 pm EST work for you? I feel that 40k payback, instead of the original 35k, is fair due to the extra time that has/will be given. Do these new terms work for you? @koko_2022
