Felon Username: koko_2022Complaint: This user agreed to buy me a melon sword on a payment plan with a total of $500,000 Ecd. I agreed to pay him $100,000 when the contract was approved and a further $100,000 in 5 days after as well as $300,000 within 3 weeks. Hi block_crusher, Thank you for reporting this. I see that koko_2022 has filed a complaint in a matter related to this. For the sake of clarity, is the following what has occurred? Following this agreement, koko_2022 went to buy the a msword that was supposed to be to fulfil his obligations under this agreement, and in doing so alleges that he was scammed? (Note: I say alleges as this is still an open complaint and so I do not wish to jump to conclusions)
Ok, thank you koko_2022. I appreciate that these are unusual circumstances but strictly speaking, the other events don't exclude you from your obligations under this contract with block_crusher, and so as you have not given block_crusher an melonsword within 5 days as per the contract you have breached the terms of the contract. block_crusher could you please confirm how you would like to proceed? Would you like koko_2022 to still provide you with a melonsword, or would you like to cancel the contract in which case koko_2022 would pay you the 100k back? If the first option, koko_2022 how long would you require to get another melonsword in order to fulfil you obligations?
I would like koko_2022 to buy me another melon sword but I would like him to make it his priority to get it and get it within a few days as iv been waiting.
I propose delaying the whole contract by 5 days. So the deadline for the msword and 2nd 100k payment would be Saturday 22nd March. The deadline for the 300k payment in 3 weeks would then be the 12th April. koko_2022 & block_crusher - Does this sound acceptable to both of you?
Ok, thank you both for coming to an agreement and thank you block_crusher for being understanding in this situation. The new deadlines will be as follows (as mentioned above): Saturday 22nd March - koko_2022 to give block_crusher a melonsword & block_crusher to pay the 2nd 100k instalment. Saturday 12th April - block_crusher to have paid the remaining 300k. If none of these deadlines are met, please file a new complaint quoting this complaint as evidence.
