Look at headmovements and how fast he hits. 720p 60fps edit; There is a high ping as shown in the video, but it sometimes takes a while to update the ping, around that time it was 200-300 so it was around normal for me, please do not dismiss this based on the fact i had a high ping, i had complaints from others users because they felt this person was using a client. I'll try to get less laggy evidence, but please take a hard look at his head.
