Felon Username: Lastlaugh161Complaint: This user had advertised that he/she was buying nstars for 490 each. I told the user I had some he/she could buy and tpd to them. As I looked at the sign, I noticed no money was in it, so I informed @lastlaugh161 on how to do so. They told me they would go get money from their shop. I waited, maybe 10 seconds or so, and was killed with about 3-4 hits. At first, I was confused, but I stayed there a bit longer with the "You Died" screen open, and noticed a silverfish on the ground. I also noticed a block being replaced. Fortunately, I got a screenshot of the coords. Located in legacy at -10736 63 1016 This is a pvp area I have noticed but I had no idea as he had put a "house" around me". I went to this area to investigate and that "house" was gone. SparklyPotato2 informs me that in this attack were taken a personalized pumpkin axe and a personalized diamond helmet which I crafted and gave to her some time ago. These items have tremendous sentimental value for both her and myself, and I am angry that they were stolen. Please do whatever you can...
This was the position that Sparkly was in when she died. (or at least very close) I also had @Raccooy investigate the area, to find out that Lastlaugh161 was placing and removing blocks in this area. Hope what little evidence I have can help. Good luck Sparkly
Okay, so, after many kind users helping me with this unfortunate incident, it has become clear to me that someone else may have killed me. Mobs cannot spawn in legacy/rising so that silverfish must have been someone in disguise. Again, investigating deeper, lastlaugh161 has no donations, so he could not have been that silverfish. Someone else was there with him when I was killed. @Raccooy helped me investigate and found that @thewaffle89 had broken blocks in that area (the "house" possibly). Maybe this will help in investigating further, but it has cleared a lot of things up

I am one of the more active residents of Iona and there was a strange structure built blocking the gate to the PVP area this weekend which as of this screen shot all that remains of it are the doors. http://i.imgur.com/o8YCAHc.png I did not capture a screen of the building as it stood, since I did not PVP I never asked about why the gates were blocked off. But I do know @thewaffle89 does have stealth, but it does not seem like him to perform a scam like this.

No, I do not have a screenshot of the tp. I don't believe this will help but I am the one who sent the tp to him. The problem is I didn't know this was a pvp arena as I was surrounded by a house. If I were to have had to "walk" into the situation I would have noticed it was a pvp arena beforehand, therefore I would have stopped myself. I understand if their is nothing more you can do, Thank you
I guess I could craft Sparkly some replacement items, but honestly... it will not be the same. Please get the original items back somehow. They are a compelling piece of evidence... why would she ever sell them or give them away to some random noob? She wouldn't. They were stolen. I think they were called "SparklyPotato's Pumpkin Carver" and "Crown of SparklyPotato" (or something like that). Highly personalized items that no one else would want.
@SparklyPotato2 as I told you in pm I tore down the "House/Shop"(whatever you wish to call it) as it was in my towns pvp arena.

Without proof of the tp we cannot do much with this complaint. I will have to lock it at this time but if you come across any further proof then please repost a complaint. Locked/not enough evidence
