    After winning lottery, I pm'ed him saying "Thanks for the 100k." I was not trying to be sarcastic, simply thanking him for the money, as I've been losing money. He then responded "You are not welcome. Do that one more time and I'll file a complaint on harassment." (As seen in screenshot)​

    Thank you for informing us of this. However, upon talking with other staff we have decided that this user broke no rule, as he did not actually blackmail/attempt to blackmail you. If he actually does go through with such, feel free to post another complaint with the evidence.
