Magiix wasn't able to provide even one partial payment to pay off his debt as you can see in the screenshots. The trade sign is still empty to this day.
He told me that he doesn't have any money to pay even a bit of his loan, but I've seen him hosting casinos for days now and he spent atleast 60k on lotto tickets in the last hour.
I feel betrayed and scammed tbh.
Also: I don't know how viable this is, but we added to the ingame contract that the same clauses apply as in the forum contract we made before. This means he owes me 330k now instead of 300k as he is more than 4 days over the last payment date. I took this loan because I thought I’d be paid out by Andrew in time, which was supposed to be the 1-3rd of January.
He was then ill as you know, and was supposed to come back this weekend, he has now told us that his estimated comeback is delayed til Monday...
I have 2 million waiting to be paid out to me but as of right now I have $300 balance.
We can try sort out a payment plan if that’s okay, but I’m honestly just waiting to be paid out from Andrew so that I can you and my other loans off
Once again I apologise to you for your wait and I understand it is not fair for you to be delayed in payments.

Your balance is $300 now because you spent not less than 60k on lotto alone in the last night. You told me several times that you do not have money to pay me even a little bit of money back and you are 10 days late on your payback. Seeing these circumstances and regarding that I asked you several times I shouldn't be down for negotiations...
But seeing that the payout will hopefully be soon, I am willing to give you time until tuesday to pay back your loan plus late fees. I changed the loan sign to 330k now as getting you banned would be the worst thing I can do right now because I need the money!
Next time you should think about the responsibilities that come with taking a loan. The creditor relies on you paying back in time and trusts that you do so. It doesn't help anyone if you either ignore questions for a partly payback or if you blatantly lie about being able to pay back even a bit. I'm done with my lecture ;)
I'll extend the deadline until tuesday, jan 16th, gmt+1. If he hasn't paid back by then, I am going to file another complaint.-
