@Aporth, thank you for filing this complaint.

@Magiix, is there a reason for why the 150k hasn't been paid yet? Or better yet, can you provide evidence that you have already paid off the loan?

Already told aporth, I’m working on it. Just finished my last exam for now but I have school + homework today and tomorrow, then I’m doing a car wash all day Saturday to raise funds for Amsterdam, then Sunday I fly to London for Manchester City final... I need an extension as I’m physically unable to get the time to be online rn

 

The car wash & flights to London I only learned within the last few days, as for the exam I thought I could work inbetween it but I misjudged it.
The late fees, yes I wouldn’t expect anything less as it would be unfair for an extension without you making a profit

 

Yes increments are fine, honestly I think I’d need two weeks as I am quite busy atm but let me know if u do need it before and I could see

 

I was under the impression that you two were coming to a new agreement with late fees included. Am I not correct in saying that you want @Magiix to pay the 150k + 65k in late fees within 2 weeks?

 

wtf lol I cannot have access to my pc 24/7, yes i am fine with the terms for 2 weeks

 

Before I can get @Magiix's approval for the payment schedule, @Aporth did you make a typo and mean to say a payment of 30.7k every 2 days? 7 payments every 3 days would total to 21 days or 3 weeks before you are paid back. Now onto the payment schedule....

@Aporth, since you are the one that is owed, you may set any deadline that you would like for @Magiix to pay you back by, with any late fees that you would like as well. It seems as if you have already done this previously on the complaint (150k originally owed + 65k all due in 2 weeks).

That all being said, @Aporth could you reply to this complaint with the corrections for your incremented payment plan and with a single finalized contract? @Magiix will need to agree to this, and if he does not agree to the new payment schedule, he must take a ban instead.

Once you come to an agreement on this complaint, it will act as a legally binding contract.

 

I will need @Magiix to agree to this payment schedule before we can consider the new payment plan started.

 

Ah so this would explain why @Magiix is already behind on his debt with myself. All you needed was 75k for the week which you had in your balance but decided to blow is on sportsbook merely 3 days before your weekly debt was due to myself. Wonder where I've seen this before... look @Magiix how badly is this gonna affect your debt with myself? You have another payment coming up in just 1 day which I assume wont be paid off and you will be 2 weeks behind. I keep trying to work things out in your favor but then I see crap like this which makes me regret it. All I want to know is that once this debt to @Aporth is paid off, will you be able to focus on my debt? If so then I will postpone the 2 late payments for you to get back on track but after that, I'd appreciate the payments be paid on time please.
