Just so you know, open-ended late fees are not enforceable. There has to be a certain time frame that they are to be paid (ex, you give late fees for 1 week).

 

Based on what you wrote, you shouldn't have written a complaint. Mods don't track loans unless a complaint is filed.

After reviewing your side of the story here I've come to the conclusion that you would like to simply change the late fees to 1k per day rather than the original 8k per day. This is completely fine. Also note that we do not allow for open ended late fee periods like the one made in this agreement. We will only charge up to 7 days worth of late fees for an agreement like this.

@mercycookie8 Do you agree to the new late fee terms of 1k per day that would cancel out your original agreement of 8k per day? I need you to confirm the new terms of your in-game contract to validate these changes.

 

yes dgam02, I agree, I am currently grounded from CPU so I cant get on until Friday the 25th, so I really cant play and I don't wanna get banned if you don't mind, but once I get back on I will get kvngiv's money and pay him pronto!

 

I was able to get away from my punishment for a few mins. to let you guys know.

So with the agreement made, @mercycookie8 will pay @KvngIV 100k plus the additional 1k per day late fees which will cap at Sunday the 27th. @KvngIV If you have not received payment by then, feel free to file another complaint and it will be handled accordingly.
