Felon Username: MillikinWrestlerComplaint: I don't know if he is trying to scam me or something, because I bought the donation feature Elemental Punch SG Kit and he is saying I didn't pay him. I don't know what he did with the money I payed him or if he honestly didn't get the money and there is a server problem, but I would like this to be straightened out. i know that this is unnecessary, but mods do not take any complaints unless you have evidence to prove what the user did.
