    Thank you for filing this complaint. However, with the evidence provided, I cannot determine that the shovel was just a regular diamond shovel or the Efficiency 4, Unbreaking 3, Fortune 3 shovel that minecraftbros0 says. Therefore, I will have to deny this complaint on the basis of insufficient evidence.

    In the future, when taking screenshots for these types of complaints, make sure to hover over the name of the item in chat to determine the enchants. That way, staff handling the complaint can determine whether the auction was false or not.

    Also, if you come across some more evidence not provided, please feel free to file another complaint!

    Locked ~ Complaint Denied due to Insufficient Evidence.
