Complaint:

He agreed to give me life time uses of his kits ( Miq, Buffer, Spy, PF and stay and fight) in exchange for 2k But very few times he has let me use them, he will reply saying "Sorry i am using them" Or "I need money so badly" And sometimes he will join my game, receive them then leave and reply saying "sorry there now on cool down" But on the rare occasion when i ask for miq and buffer he will give me SAF and use buffer, miq and spy himself.

Action must be taken against this user as he is not holding up his end of the deal and I would hate to see another user go through this experience.

Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

I have messed around with this user enough. i have only ever gotten the promised buffer and miq only a couple of times.​

 

If you were afk when i asked why does the colour of your name change when i ask you each time in that screenshot?
Very little of the time when i ask for miq and buffer and pf i get a kit and when i get a kit its just stay and fight and you use buffer and miq yourself!
