    Complaint:
    I was advertising in /ch tr my town asking for people if they want a tp to it to look and i receive one from Hilv, i accept it but instead it takes me to him along with the person it was meant to go to, I also die in the process as the zombies killed me and Mir121 Taking my stuff.​
    Evidence:
    I have none as this was unexpected, i talked to Physicistsmom after but she logged out.​
    All i have is to rely on the people that were there, blyddy, MIR121, hilv​
    Additional Information:
    I believe that although this was unintentional i was tp'd to the area killed and robbed by the user. Which i believe i must be informed firstly if there is any danger. I would like mir121 to return the items that were taken from me as i was killed blindly after thinking the user was coming to look at my town. The items that were taken from me were: Diamond Pickaxe, Unbr 3, Eff 4, Silk touch I, Diamond Shovel Silk Touch, Unbr 3, Eff 4, Diamond Axe Unbr 3 (Although i don't care much for the Diamond Axe)​

    Being named in this allegation, I will give my side of the story.

    Hilv was auctioning a zombie spawner, which I won. I was then teleported to the spawner to look at it. When I got there, hilv was there along with miniCLH. I was not aware of anything going on between hilv and miniCLH as I was only there to claim my zombie spawner. I see mini CLH go into the spawner and die, dropping his items. Then, yes, I jumped down into the spawner to claim them. It was a stroke of luck on my part. If I am required by the rules to give the items lost back then I will, but I had absolutely no hidden agenda nor scam set up for this to happen. I simply accepted a teleport to the zombie spawner and I explained the rest. My new zombie spawner was destroyed in the process. But thats neither here nor there.

    False report much?????? I said cancel the tp minch I did /tpahere mi and it sent it to the wrong person. And using mobs do not count as pvp only lava/fire placing counts

    I have talked to the staff team about this situation, and we have decided due to the fact that the MiningWorld is not PVP, and that you misread the TP request we are unable to take any action. Along with that there was no evidence proving that you were tp'd by the user, nor that you died. No action will be taken against any users on this issue, if you have any questions on this, you are free to pm a staff member.

    Locked, complaint dismissed.
