    As @monsterwarrior88 has simply shown no intentions of paying back and has been uncooperative, I have no other option but to ban him once again.
    @monsterwarrior88 if you decide to appeal I seriously hope you at least try to pay back. Being banned once and then agreeing to pay back and then not paying back a cent?
