    Complaint:
Under Contract, rented my eff7 diamond pick and an hour later was banned. He was unbanned a day and a half later and continued to use the tool. Then he claims he "glitched" in the mining world and the Eff7 diamond pick was lost. Now he can't pay me back or replace the tool.
    Evidence:

    Additional Information:
I have screenshots but am having a hard time uploading them. Either way, I dont have my tool, it was "lost" and now it's a breech of contract.

@nate80000 wishes to repay me over time, but I need a mod to oversee this and help us come to an agreement.

    Hi @twistedjonny ,

I have found the contract which I believe is governing this rental, the final clause of which is:

As the pickaxe was to be returned by 10pm EST on April 14th, this clause requires that @nate80000 must repay 650k by April 28th, or possibly up to 775k if repayment is made as late at 3rd April. As you state that you would only file a complaint for breach of contract after this 19 day period, there is no breach of contract yet. The contract is still valid as a means of repaying you the 650k-775k for a lost, stole, broken or not returned eff 7.

As there has been no breach of contract yet, I am going to dismiss this. If you have any questions about this or, as you say that @nate80000 wishes to repay you overtime, you want to change/amend your original contract to provide a longer repayment time then please feel free to PM me over the forums and I will be happy to help.

Locked - no breach of contract
