Shout spamming; the user in question shouted that a PvP tournament (Unknownrider's) was starting 15 minutes from that time; however, ndm57dcraft ended up shouting this ~20 times. This is clearly shout spamming because the user both used the shout command to perform the spam, and spammed because they said the same messages many times in repetition.Evidence:

Section 4, Clause 1.3:
- Spamming either shouts or lottery is allowed to an extent. Excessive use of either command which results in chat being hard to read may result in a warning or a kick from the Staff.
Therefore, ndm should be warned, or potentially banned if he has prior history of shout spamming.-

@Ndm57dcraft , to clarify the server rule of spamming shouts, spamming shouts is allowed unless excessive. Basically if it covers the whole chat, it is excessive, thus not allowed. It's clear from the screenshot provided that it was a bit over the limit. Please be careful in the future, and don't let this happen again.
@SuburbSomeone , should this situation occur again in the future, you are free to file a complaint.
