Felon Username: NixonnComplaint: I feel this user is scamming me because he wanted to purchase miq until my card wouldn't work. My card eventually went through and he got the feature. (Can andrew look into that?) Now he states he didn't want miq. @idkhowtoplay was there as a middleman as well. Evidence: Could a GA Look at my forum message with him?Additional Information: N/A
Emd3000 had said he was selling $25 in donations. to which i messaged him asking to get me miq. he agreed and i messaged idkhowtoplay asking if he could just supervise it. i payed idk 150k and was waiting on emd3000. emd then said it wasnt working and he couldnt do it . so i asked idk for the 150k back , idk payed my money back and i said couldnt be bothered waiting as i had to go . i got home from school later that day to find a /mail from emd3000 saying he had bought it for me and i could pay him the 150k the next time he was on. i dont want to pay the 150k as the deal had been called off . as i said i agreed to the first deal prior to his card not working. but then when he said he couldnt as the car wasnt working i left the game telling him " i cant be bothered with it dude , ill be on later today talk then." i have added @idkhowtoplay to this as a refrence confirming that the deal had been at one point on , but was cancled by emd3000 after he said he was unable to do it. dude you cant just say one minute your card isnt working and then i leave and then nearly 8 hours+ later and you just expect the deal to still be on. its not i dont want miq . its the fact that i didnt message you after you told me you couldnt do it , you just assumed that i still wanted it and bought it.. just some curiosity and maybe waiting to ask me and this may have been different.
Sorry if irrelevant but according to what emd stated is that his card purchased the feature shortly after he said his card wasn't working. Not 8 hours later.
Emd said he would buy it . Then said his card wasnt working . So i said dont worry about it as i had to leave (had to go to school) . I came back after school and the /mail was there . My point is the deal was called off and then he has still gone a bought it . Hopefully that has helped you and others understand @huntmeister97
Why be so difficult, you won't get away without paying him. Emd must have worked hard for that money, how do you think he feels being out of luck of 25 usd. Just do the right thing and pay him man....
Emd, he clearly said don't worry about it so why would go ahead and purchase it without no confirmation from @Nixonn
Before anyone posts further, The card purchased said feature after Emd said his card wasnt working. I am thinking it wasnt loading and it finally loaded and bought the feature
That's what I think happend, I'm waiting to see if any staff post back and see if I would have to further argue my case.
Maybe the feature could be transferred To emd's account? That way the other user won't have to pay for something he lost interest in, and emd will get value for the $25 he spent. Sorry if irrelevant
So from the way I see it, this is the result of poor communication and unfortunate circumstance. There are 2 possible resolutions here: Resolution A) @Nixonn, you can pay for the feature at the previously agreed price. Resolution B) We open a conversation with Andrew discussing options regarding this situation and perhaps possibly transfer/credit/refund, what have you. If @Nixonn doesn't agree to Option A then we can look into Option B. @EMD3000 please indicate your preference as well.
I've instructed you to create a forum conversation with Phys regarding this. However as I do not see any rules being intentionally broken and will be dismissing this complaint.
