This looks pretty bad, but from my experiences with this user in this casino, he constantly messes up the number values of the wool pieces. I think that this is relevant as this could have been the case here also. Whether this was part of his scam or not is for Staff to decide.

 

For future reference:

I have perms to the donation chest he's suppose to put the wool in, so if i'm on and you (player) see this happen again, with whoever's working the game, tell me and ill be there in a second to put my 'investigator' to use. Thus granting quicker results. @xX3PICREBELXx may have investigator as well, outside of mod powers.

Note this is lapkings casino.

 

As part of the casino's administration, I intend to take care of this when it comes to inter-casino matters. Other than that, the mods can make their judgement.

@Kick_Me_1235 could you perhaps explained what happened in the video? From what I saw he got a cyan and two red wool, which would mean a 23. If I'm not mistaken, that is a loss in Black Jack. I've never been to a casino on ECC, so perhaps you could clarify the rules surrounding what happened.

@NoahPvPz_ what's your side of the story?

 

After discussing it with a few of the members of the casino, I now understand what exactly happened in the game. Please bear with me while I discuss the situation with some higher staff.

 

I can also vouch that he messes up random wool numbers. I dont think he was scamming but just messed up while counting again.

 

I dont like mistakes that happen in my casino, this has happened way to much and i get too many reports from @NoahPvPz_ . Messing up in my casino is never ever allowed and clearly in the video he did not mess up but tried to scam. He knows the numbers that were on the table and he picked them up really quick. After that he said "i won" he wanted to play it off and try not to pay the $20k. When players lose he doesnt mess up but yet when players win he does.... hmmm lets think about that.

Clearly in the video he attempted scammed, @zr2002 i want every permission of his from the casino to be removed at once. @NoahPvPz_ you are now banned from Lapkings Casino and you are not to allow foot in it again. I will allow the staff members to decide what happens to him from this point.

Lapking I dont want to burst your bubble but onther people have the same issue. I will keep you informed if I see it again, however I think this is an eye opening for your workers.

 

He is not intending to scam. You can bar him from being allowed to host blackjack but you shouldn't ban him for this. I have made it very clear to him that he cannot scam anymore and he knows not to scam anymore (unlike before). He also has a memory issue and shouldn't be blamed for that. His accidental mistakes shouldn't be worth a ban, just don't play when he is hosting or bar him from doing so. And yes this is relevant because I am his brother. Also he occasionally hosts me as well and messes up, so that's how you know it is accidental because he wouldn't scam me (For obvious reasons).

I promise he has learned his lesson from previous bans and sorry for any spelling mistakes because I wrote this on my phone.

EDIT: @wearecity can vouch Noah isn't scamming anymore because Noah already has taken out a loan from him AND repaid it.

 

This is my last post so I don't get in trouble, but I haven't stuck up for him in the past because he did scam and I don't approve of that. This time I am because I know he isn't trying to. He just isn't the brightest.

 

As i was the one who was playing the game i would like to tell my side of the story. First off @NoahPvPz_ knew that he lost as kick said whenever he loses to me he says "wow". Next there is only one way possible that he could have won since he had 13. He would have needed a white colored wool to beat me. Since i had 19. And if im not mistaken white is no where near the color of red. This was obviously attempted scamming and i have seen this user to it do many users before whether hitting on 17 when he knew not to or something similar like this. He saw the red but in his heaps of debt and me winning a lot from him he probably thought he could pull a fast one on me. I am disappointed in this user and i hope the staff team takes appropriate action as this was 100% without doubt attempted scamming. I don't like to be tricked or beguiled and this user deservers more then a shaking of a finger.

After fully reviewing this situation we've decided that we aren't going to ban @NoahPvPz_
- Matrix was paid back.
- It does genuinely look like this was a misunderstanding by Noah and not a malicious act.
- Noah was also removed from the casino as per Lapkingkn's post.

However, this will act as a final warning for @NoahPvPz_ - I don't want to see any incidents like this again, mistake or not. We will be keeping an eye out.

Also @matrix_rep - I shouldn't have to explain why the language you used is unacceptable no matter the circumstances. Don't use it again.
