Accused Username: NoahPvPz_Complaint: This user agreed upon a loan and i gave this user $50,000 in game cash and in return i would receive $65,000 in game cash after a week (7 day period). This user has also agreed to pay me back $1,000 in game cash everyday this user was late. I can see when you do /seen NoahPvPz_ it says this user is "Banned" i just wanted to make sure if this user made a ban appeal, this user would make sure to pay back the $65,000 and the amount of days this user was late.Evidence: Additional Information: None
As the user is banned, I'll be adding this to his ban reason. Regarding the late fees, they cannot be enforced while the user is banned. Also, as they are open-ended we can't enforce them anyway to avoid the user being 'buried' in debt. Thank you for your complaint.
