[User Complaint] @Obblebobble

I will not be handling this, but I do not want to see a repeat of the previous complaint. There are to be no irrelevant posts here at all, forum warnings will be handed out to those that break this rule.

 

Unfortunately you have not provided enough concrete evidence that an agreement has been broken, or terms changed without permission. Please provide un-cropped screenshots, and or links to any contract or agreements you may have with the accused, so we may proceed.

This complaint is technically invalid currently. I know you don't have proof of these payments but that's alright. Please don't dismiss the complaint on those grounds @Alarah

I don't remember saying anything along the lines of not giving your 12%. Not even sure where this figure is from. If you mean interest from FuryFudge loan. I'm happy to cover that.

Here is my resolution.

We've decided that it would be in everyone's best interest for this issue to simply be resolved. Given the fact you are currently banned, we obviously cannot pay you in game. Therefore we're willing to waive $280,000 of your debt to us ($235,000 + $45,000 in interest/extra payments), which you would be required to pay to us upon your appeal anyway. This is more than the 12% you've asked for and we hope you find it a suitable compromise.

This is my only post (and offer) on this complaint and I will not post further unless absolutely needed. I don't want a repeat of last time.

My offer is final. I earn $0 in game (I don't farm/mine/etc). We can't value the work FuryFudge does for us.

Let's not keep saying you own or earn a % of FuryFudge. He's a person. I cannot pay out interest until FuryFudge repays his loan, my offer is fair and final.

 

What has that got to do with anything? obble values my work enough to give extensions, I don't feel I need to tell you exactly what that entails.

Also I don't quite understand why you keep saying you are entitled to "12%" of me, why?

 

Ask obble, this complaint is directed at him and he knows this information. I'll leave it up to him now.

 

He currently doesn't do weekly work.

Overall since his loan was late he has probably done 12 hours of work, this was organizing the new sheet as well as various other organisation requirements.

He has paid off $610,000 out of $1,200,000 I believe.

 

I'm saying nothing further on the matter. Please allow staff to handle this.

We can't possibly give his work a monetary value. He was given an extension. Every extension that I've ever given without late fees cannot be translated to monetary value. It's just a friendly extension and he was doing work for us too.
