I find it odd how you were not informed, as obble promises in essentially every single on if his contracts: I understand that this is a tad different, but still should be applied here, seeing how it is very similar in the situation. I also find this to be a tad weird as a result of this clause in practically all contracts as well It never says about the user being currently banned, only if obble was scammed by the user and banned, which seemingly both occurred in this situation.
@Obblebobble , seeing as though there are not any contracts between you and @Nixonn (let alone VoE contracts), do you have any evidence of explaining what happens if a loaner has loans out with the investor's money? From the looks of it here, it wasn't explained at all about no return if a user doesn't pay back but isn't banned. From what it seems is that it appears to be a safe investment that can return any time after the 2 months. 24 hours given to submit evidence Absolutely no unnecessary posts are to be placed here. I feel that it is important to point out two things. Once again, Obble has said he will pay back the money, then later changed his mind. Secondly, despite the fact that there are no time-stamps, and computer ones don't count, 1. Obble has acknowledged that he would pay it back, indicating 2 months had passes. 2. In addition the ingame contract does not state that @Nixonn needed to wait two month, or even any time at all.
