I feel like this was not okay and it wasn't handled in-game.
Actually, It was. @MadMonster_ stated in global 'Ok, that's enough' or 'Play nice' I'm not sure which one. So it was a verbal warning. So it was dealt with.
From what I see, in the screenshots provided @MadMonster_ has already handled this infraction. However, if you have new evidence to add, please don't hesitate to file a new complaint. Complaint Dismissed.
