Regardless, you are still responsible for your actions which includes upholding your end of the deal.

Agreements don't require contracts. That is why screenshots over PM work just as well in other instances. Contracts are more of an additional security. Not a necessity.

When you shouted "Whoever guesses my 5th favorite tv show gets my whole bal! 147k /ch sksoccer" and then stated "Cardinal got it" (All in 3rd and 4th links)

If there are terms to an agreement, the user is in fact entitled to state them. If your terms were that the participants had to guess the answer within a minute, then you should've said so. As noted in the 2nd link, (http://i.imgur.com/YNkz0ub.png) you did say your terms... in your head. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone else will count that as sufficient enough. If you did in fact state them and everyone missed it, you'll have to provide evidence just like any other claim you have.

 

Actually no. You'll probably get a warning and we'll be on our ways. Just trying to get you to stop with false claims.
