Complaint:

Continuously entering my city (paxvalley) and my neighboring city in which i co-own (Kasland) and raiding chests, when asked to leave city, he does not.. His name was even put into our town thread as not allowed to enter PaxValley, (see post not edited since sunday)

seeing as how this breaks (section 2 clause 3.1) of not leaving a city when asked (as you can tell from photos on 5/4/16) he was in town for 7 or so min after being asked to leave AGAIN (second time in 4 days) , in which he went to a neighboring city to do same thing....​

Evidence:

Pat2100 entered Paxvalley/Kasland on Sunday 5/1/16 and began raiding chests in the city which are used for our farms and locked as public chests (town rule states must plant seeds if you harvest) @pat2100 the first screenshots of sunday 5/1/16 i did not double tap, however i can take photo of timestamp on photo properties if need be..... the othr photos are from today 5/4/16 and time-stamped,

on 5/4 i spoke to maroi and sims about this, as they were on when it was happening but couldn't get them over to see/resolve issue.​

Additional Information:

as i know, raiding chests is legal if they aren't private locked, but this was for a farm, and i was okay with losing the stuff inside of it if it came to it (cocoa seeds). but to a point its uncalled for, and frowned upon to do so especially by someone on the server long enough to have that title. building a community base by older members stealing stuff from newer cities chests, just seems counter productive...​
