Accused Username: peelxthatxbannaComplaint: This user recently bought the town i lived in. What he did was immediately break everything, kick everyone out, before the 3 days after the notice had passed. But after kicking everyone out, he placed stone bricks above everyone's chests to prevent them from accessing them until they were unlocked by LWC. He also blocked off the entrance around warp, so that we were unable to warp to the town to get our things. After contacting dgam02, and after him confirming this, he mailed the user to give all residents 3 more days. I were to file a complaint if he neglected to do so, which he did.Evidence: The first picture is a screen capture of what dgam02 said, the rest are screen captures of what peelxthatxbanna did. I'd also like to add that he did not wait 3 full days untill he started to tear down other people's buildings and kick them out of town. This is backed by his thread on Electrica Eviction notice.
Id like to confirm Volvith's accusation as i witnessed this. I am past member and co owner of Electrica. He did not wait the full 3 days. He griefed others' plots by breaking/stealing blocks and stealing farm things. He also griefed a member's horse by taking the horse's golden armor. Yes, he did block the entrances. I have proof for all of the following which i will post once ive gathered it all. Members are not happy. We want all of our stuff back and him banned for breaking the ECC rules.

He did, but the complaint is about peelxthatxbannana removing players and blocking access to their item before the three days was up.
I simply made a mistake by a few hours and complied with all the commands given by the mod who mailed me this is a solved issue
No, peelxthatxbanna did not follow the commands given by the mod. Unlike @dgam02 's request, peel added the past member who were online as he (peel) was and not all of the past members and told us we only have 1 hour. Again, I am gathering my evidence.

And here is my plot which peel griefed completely during the first day of the notice without my permission (which caused me to lose everything i built) as he thought it was a public farm since i wrote that on a sign while "mayhem_madness' plot" was also CLEARLY written. He took over to build a jungle wood wall.
I'm not so sure that's what happened. I would encourage mods to look into this further. I did and here is what I gathered as evidence. @peelxthatxbanna filed an eviction notice on July 20, 2016 (Wednesday) at 11:52pm (EST): https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/eviction-notice-electrica.154644/ Then if you look at my screenshots of some of the log blocks I did he decided to break into people's house and place blocks above chests on the 22nd and 23rd.... before the full 3 days was up. I included a screenshot that the members have been readded to the town, but there are still blocks above some chests, he still had the warp blocked off and members had to break into the town. I did not find evidence of him breaking into the horse pin, unless there was another horse there that I didn't see, I checked the whole thing and only @Volvith's name is on it. Personally some form of punishment needs to come out of this, clearly from all the evidence provided, @peelxthatxbanna thought he could get away with griefing members in a town he now owns and blocking access to their belongings so he could LWC them later. He did NOT set everything right like @dgam02 told him to! He's still got blocks over @zombi3xyz's chests at this very min and @zombi3xyz wasn't even added back to the town or in the original eviction notice.....
The horse was walking outside of the area, i put him back in by breaking the fence and replacing it but the armour was missing. If my name is the only one on that cage, i don't think peely did this after all... Still blackmailed me, griefed, took advatage of residents, etc.
this is not what happened yes I did make a mistake by removing all members a few HOURS early when I realized this added all members back to the town. I did not steal any of their stuff nor did I try to. I did however put blocks over the chests which I later removed my mistake. I have spoken with two mods and ( @zr2002 )one said to give them till last night at around 11:52 as that would be 3 full days. however the other mod ( @dgam02 )said to give the residents 3 more days from 7/23/16 and remove all block on top of chests even though it would be easier to listen to the first mod I don't want any problems so I will listen to the second mod. as for mayhems "plot" when I destroyed this it was clearly labeled "Town farm" which I think means town property. also most screen shots provided are not owned by users they are town property which means I have the right to destroy them without anyone in the towns permission. EDIT: also I did not touvh the horse or whatever and I'm sorry I will add zombie to the town and remove the blocks from her chest my mistake must of forgot her as for not adding her to the eviction notice that's not true I added all members and sent out a region mail to everyone in the town

Theft. 4: You removed all users before the time was up, and, even though a supermod had mailed you, you sought out another mod to try to haggle us out of our new 3 days. You didn't just grief mayhem's plot, you started leveling buildings left and right, which continued even after you agreed on giving us 3 more days.

Excuse me but right next to where u read "public farm" was written "mayhem_madness' plot". Every owned plot had a "(username)'s plot" sign. Yes it was a farm run by me and if you don't remember, I was one of the owners, so yes town was my property as well as Samurai's.
1: The fact that you are illiterate does not mean that you have the right to grief someone else's plot. (The sign was there, gg.) 2: Yes i didn't pay you jack shit because i simply refused to, and i had to BEG for my perms. @peelxthatxbanna @Volvith @mayhem_madness Any sort of grief needs to reported right away, There is nothing prior to the 22nd on the logblock. The only thing there is to be shown is the blocking and then unblocking of the chests around the town as well as some of the minor grief from peel, which I shall be addressing. If your house/farm/plot was wrongfully removed you should have filed a grief report or if it was active grief should have gotten a staff member to assist you right away. As of this moment all the residents who were wrongfully evicted have been added back. I cross referenced the eviction notice with the members list and have done /seen on everyone. Any user who is more than 10 days offline at this point was excepted, it would have been legal to immediately remove them at 7-days offline at the time of the eviction. @peelxthatxbanna You need to make sure you finish unblocking all chests. Make sure your eviction notices are legal and that you do not touch people's belongings until the proper time is up, and if myself or any staff member catches you griefing your own town residents again you will be banned for disrespecting your residents. Please note that blocked LWC's will not be processed, there is literally no point in blocking them off like that, it won't accomplish anything. There is enough evidence here and with the blocking of the chests that show your intentions towards your town residents. Since you attempted to comply with what Dgam told you I am only issuing you a warn. I don't suggest you continue with this behavior. This is not what towns are for. If you have any questions about how to legally own a town, feel free to PM a staff member. Please continue to follow Dgam's instructions. Don't do this again.
