No timestamp. You don't have to read the rules to join. It is likely he didn't know he was breaking one. The internet gives little context, but he was supposed to interpret this as a joke? Seems to me you were trying to bait a new player into a predatory loan and got upset he didn't bite. You put up a contract pretty fast; doesn't seem like a joke. No "jk" or later explanation. Is there a lack of a timestamp because you don't want us to see what was said next? Just my view. Interpret it as you will.
I was just joking. If he were to say yes, I would have said im just joking man! I have never overcharged a loan user like that.
I agree entirely with this. How would he know that? How would we? Frankly since this seems like it's just a response to a predatory loan I'm going to simply ensure this player is aware of our rules regarding vulgarity but take no action as far as punishment/warning/etc.
