Complaint:

Feb. 17, 2018 - This user rented my Eff7 pickaxe. A screenshot of the rental agreement is down below. The tool was never returned.

Feb. 20, 2018 - I messaged the user in-game and even sent a forum message to try and get their attention. After not hearing back from the user, I asked the SAs to track down the tool, it was found to be broken. I forum messaged Ravenwow again, about the situation and reminded him of his options and due dates to replace/repay the tool. I did not get a response, but did see that he at least read my messages.

Feb. 21, 2018 to April 6, 2018 - Over the course of a month an a half, I tried different ways, at different times, to try and get Ravenwow's attention to discuss this situation, but even though he would just be talking in global and playing skyblock, he'd not respond to me.

April 7, 2018 - I send him one last pm, in-game, and he finally responded. We were able to work out another deal, which the link is posted below.

Overall, he's not paid anything in over 2 months on the Eff7 he broke. He has missed 2 payments so far (April 14th and 21st). I see that he is currently banned from skyblock, but not the main server.​

I've spend the past 2 months trying to chase this user down and I'm not going to anymore... so here we are.​
