    After reviewing the evidence provided I've decided to give @Reincarnated_ a verbal warning. It was clear that this comment was directed at you and constitutes as harassment. @Reincarnated_ by this point you should know that this is not tolerated, you've been banned a total of 3 times for harassment related offenses. I'm sure that the majority of the community will agree with me when I say that I'm sick and tired of this behavior. If you keep this up you're going to end up banned again, and I can guarantee that won't end well for you.
