    Thank you for reporting this. I am sorry a moderator was not able to handle it in game. Since this is a repeated offence from this user today, I will be severely warning @Rupticon for his actions. Spamming chat is against our rules on ECC and should not be repeated. I will be advising @Rupticon to not spam in the future, and explain to him why his actions are being warned for. Don't hesitate to file another complaint if this problem persists.
