Accused Username: saidahComplaint: Loan scam and breach of contract. They owed me 22k by 10 Jan 2016, nothing has been paid so far. Would that mean that the debt will be automatically transfered to rumball?
@Expipiplusone Saidah and rumball123 are banned from ECC with no appeal. Since this is the case, I will not be adding this to Saidah's ban reason (since they will never be able to appeal, there is no reason to note this as a debt on their ban reason). Locked - User in question can never appeal
