    Hello @BigB_Man, thanks for reporting this! However, I'll have to reject it at this time. From the looks of the message given, SirGerard's message is not directed towards anyone. As such, there's really no issue with the message. Although it's not the nicest of things to say, it isn't exactly sufficient evidence to be against the rules. If you have any further evidence regarding this, feel free to file a new complaint with the additional evidence.
