Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. And (this one depends on whom you ask.) I was their at the time, you can my chat in the screenshots. Everyone was having fun and bantering, nothing said was directed at anyone, I am even a Resident myself. Nothing you show in the screenshots, or anything I witnessed myself was making "another player feel threatened" or "otherwise ruins their game play". It was all in light-hearted fun, and nothing constituted a ban or even a warning. You were certainly not blackmailed or bullied in any form.
Ok, I still feel that it could be insulating to some people, which could "ruin there game play". And I do/did not feel blackmailed or bullied in any way, but I could see someone taking that as bulling. (Also, I did not know it was meant as light-hearted fun, I just looked over at chat and saw it.)

I shall be directing this comment to @skymaster200: @skymaster200 whilst I understand you call everyone a "nub", which is fine, you need to understand that some people may not take it as a joke and may take offence. You then went onto insult @legotom001 and tell him why you called him a "nub" which was not very nice at all. You should not discriminate against someone because of their rank or donation status. I don't want to see this kind of thing from you again. Locked
