Accused Username: slender2enderComplaint: This guy has been HARASSING my town and its members for almost a week now, he has been spoken to after the first warning, and banned for major grief. He appealed his ban (which was ludicrous that they let him back on when his reason for why he should be allowed back was "I feel I should be un-banned only for one reason. And that is to play with my friends" rather than "I harassed over 15 people for an entire week". I'm tired of this 'smack on the wrist' he keeps getting. Add @Wylliam as he said "screw u" as I found him doing that in the evidence. Also, I noticed him spamming in the evidence at the bottom. Looks like he should be banned at best or IP ban at worst for various forms of harassment despite his promise not to harass anymore. Sorry if irrelevant.
Incorrect 12will123, all pictures provided here were after his return from his ban. The links are past evidence for reference by whosoever reviews this. I know you are his friend, but his behavior has been unacceptable. He has warped to my town for days just to harass my town members, co-mayors, and myself. A_man (mod), alarah (admin), and bobman (mod) were all there to see some of his actions and help remove him from my town on multiple occasions. If you need proof of dates, most of them all have dates listed for the snapshots.

I have reviewed all of the evidence provided to me on this complaint, and all those listed here, and I have decided to issue @slender2ender an official warning for their actions. I will also be having a conversation with them in game about their behavior. Harassment is not permitted anywhere on ECC, and especially not in a repetitive pattern.
